Casa Carmela 

Large and beautiful rice restaurant nearby the beach of Malvarrosa. Toni is the owner and a worthy manager, everything goes smoothly. Very friendly service and in my opinion the best Paella Valenciana I have ever had. But try the starters and other dishes as well, all is good. If you want to have lunch on Saturday, a reservation is necessary.
