Canalla Bistro 

Wanted to go here for quite some time, and wow I am so happy we did have the change to have dinner here. It is the bistro of Michelin star cook Richard Camarena. The kitchen is used both by the bistro as well as the restaurant. The bistro is very well designed and has a modern nut warm feel. We went for the menu, where we did taste 9 different small dishes. It is a bit fusion cooking, oriental influences, lovely and surprising combinations. Real different taste compared to the more original Spanish kitchen. Great wines and good service. If you are a “foodie” or would like to taste something different than tapas, this is a must visit. Do not forget to make a reservation.
