Albufera
South of Valencia you have el Albufera, a stunning piece of nature with the rice fields, which are so important for the Paella. You can go by bike, have a boat trip and there is a tourist bus going to the area. If you are there, in El Palmar there are many paella restaurants to try the real paella, or ali pebre.

There are many guided tours in the old City of Valencia and of course at the Ciudad des Artes. But the old Fisherman quarter (Cabanyal) is something special and an area not well known by tourists.
