El Rodamon 

We have not been to many places in Valencia where you are able to get so many different wines per glass. The wine card is original and not only has Spanish wines. The food also is interesting. You might call it fusion cooking. Great mixture of styles, fantastic and tasteful combinations. Try the Ceviche de pescado, or Atún marinado con humus and if you like steak tartar, they have one of the best we have ever had. A reservation is recommended.
